Every Galliano Golf putter is precision-crafted to order and inspected before shipment. Because of the custom nature of our products we maintain a limited return and refund policy, described in full below.

We accept returns on standard stock putters within the conditions and timeframe described below. Custom-engraved, custom-finished, or special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with all included accessories.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Returned items must meet all of the following criteria:
Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no refund will be issued.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@gallianogolf.com with the subject line Return Request — [Your Order Number] and include:
We will respond within 2–3 business days with a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply before the credit appears on your statement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $100. Galliano Golf is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return shipment.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gallianogolf.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a prepaid return label and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
