Galliano Golf ships every putter with the care it deserves. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, carriers, domestic and international shipping, and how to track your order.

All Galliano Golf putters are built, inspected, and packed in our Texas facility. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Fridays, or on weekends and federal holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
All domestic orders ship free of charge via ground service. Estimated transit time after processing is 3–7 business days depending on destination.
Expedited shipping options (2-day, overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional fee, subject to carrier availability in your area. Expedited shipping does not reduce processing time.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on destination and package specifications.
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Transit times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees assessed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
Refusing delivery of a package to avoid customs fees does not entitle the customer to a refund. Return shipping costs for refused deliveries will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.
We are required by law to accurately declare the value and contents of all international shipments on customs forms. We do not falsify customs declarations or mark items as "gifts" to reduce or eliminate duties.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also view your tracking information at any time by visiting your order page at:

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your label is created. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@gallianogolf.com. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once a label has been created.
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first:
If the package is still not found, contact us at hello@gallianogolf.com and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier's investigation process and are outside our direct control.
Galliano Golf is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the correct address.
During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.) and other peak shipping periods, processing and transit times may be extended. We recommend ordering well in advance of gift deadlines. We will notify customers of any unusual delays via our website or order confirmation communications.
